玄光男教授简介：

Mitsuo Gen，日本模糊逻辑研究所教授，曾为日本早稻田大学全职教授、加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校、台湾国立清华大学等访问教授。主要研究领域包括模糊逻辑、人工神经元网络、智能制造与物流系统，是进化计算（evolutionary computing）领域的知名专家。现任Computers and Industrial Engineering, OR Spectrum, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making等杂志的编委。在IEEE Transaction on Reliability, European J. of Operational Research, J. of Operational Research Society, OR Spectrum, Networks, Computers and Operations Research, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Computers in Industry, Inter. J. of Production Economics等杂志上发表了300余篇高水平论文，引用13000余次。
